Please smoke outside, across the street, and dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers. Violation will result in a $250 fee. 3. Respectful Noise Levels: Please be mindful of neighbors by keeping noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Excessive noise may result in the enforcement of local noise ordinances. 4. Washing Sheets: Our professional cleaning team will handle all laundry tasks. Please do not wash the sheets before check-out, but we appreciate your cooperation in tidying up and placing used towels in the designated area. 5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the reservation. Please respect this limit to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone. 6. Respect for Property: Please treat our home with care and respect. Report any damages, breakages, or missing items immediately. Any issues caused by negligence will be the guest's responsibility. 7. Check-in and Check-out: Early check-ins or late check-outs may be possible, but only upon request and subject to availability. Please communicate your arrival and departure plans in advance.
